Brett Smith, licensing engineer for the FSF writes:

BOSTON, Massachusetts, USA — Wednesday, May 20, 2009 — The Free Software Foundation (FSF) and Cisco Systems, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have reached a joint agreement.
